Funfetti Cheesecake Oreo Brownies

The Goods

It’s no shocker that I LOVE birthdays! It’s’ like your own personal holiday and just the absolute best! Aside from the obvious reasons bdays are freakin’ fantastic- celebrations, friends, family and generally being spoiled- cake batter is my favorite stuff to bake with! I’m all for baking from scratch, but somethings just can’t be beat. Aka: outta the box cake and brownie batter. SO GOOD. So, for my handsome man’s bday I went all out and made this concoction. Of which encompasses everything delicious. It is super easy to make and is a great excuse to throw a tons of sprinkles into something! YUMMMMMMMMY ❤ Brownies? Cheesecake? Oreos? CAKE BATTER??? WHATTTTTTT!?!?! I know this is a recipe you’ll enjoy! Unless you’re a monster. Or just don’t like super over-the-top sweet things, which is totally fine of course. I’m just in the opposite boat!

  • 1 brownie mix (for a 9×13 pan)
  • 1 package Oreo cookies- any flavor, but I stuck to the classic
  • 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 – 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup dry funfetti cake mix
  • Sprinkles

Read the labels. LOL. Make the brownie mix according to the package. Spoon half of the batter into a greased pan. Place the Oreo cookies on top of the batter. Cover the cookies with the rest of the brownie batter. Then in a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until creamy. Add the milk, egg, and vanilla and beat again. Slowly beat in the cake mix. Spoon the cheesecake on top of the brownies. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. It might look undone, but cheesecake always sets up after cooling. Let cool completely. EAT IT ALL!
