For the delicious trifecta of salty, sweet, and chocolate-y, get a cup of Sweet Summertime available in May only. {Cookie DO Confections}

Despite chilly New York City temps, nicer weather will soon be upon us! Like the saying goes: April showers brings May flowers (and sunshine and rooftop season)! Moreover, with summer comes graduations, parties, vacations, Mother’s and Father’s Days, my birthday (the 14th!), and plenty of other reasons to celebrate.

One of my favorite dessert spots, Cookie DŌ NYC, has just launched what could be my favorite flavor yet: Sweet Summertime. It’s sweet, salty, crunchy, and chewy. With toasted marshmallow fluff, chocolate-covered potato chips, and handfuls of M&M’s all enveloped in a classic cookie dough, it’s essentially everything you ever wanted in a dessert, all in one brightly colored package.

Sweet Summertime is a new flavor that was created in collaboration with Spoon University. For a limited time, DŌ NYC is offering 15 percent off this creation (which comes in 16 oz. or 32 oz. sizes) using the code SPOONU. This creation is only available this month, so get some. If you’re already posted at home, or, say, stuck in the library studying for finals, have it delivered to you!

Dough comes in 20 handcrafted flavors, which include Heavenly, a glorious mix of sugar, Nutella, chocolate chips, and salted caramel bits; Confetti, which is a concoction of classic dough, chocolate and white chocolate chips, and, of course, sprinkles; and Nuts for Nuts, which is an indulgent combo of peanut butter, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and Reese’s Pieces.

Each new month comes new seasonal flavors such as Spring Cake Batter, featuring cake batter dough, sprinkles, and white and milk chocolate chips; and the Fruity Mac Attack, featuring a colorful mix of Fruity Pebbles, sprinkles, and Fruity Cereal Macarons.

With the option to be gluten-, dairy-, grain-, and nut-free, and vegan, Cookie DŌ NYC has something for everyone. Except sugar-free options, which would be just silly.
